No. There is no streak to protect and nothing nagging you. Come when you have something, skip a month if that's the month you're having, and everything you did say is still there and still connected.
Seneca is the voice on the other side of the chat. He asks about your life, follows what you actually say, and turns the conversation into short tagged notes. He remembers who you are between conversations, and opens only when you open him.
A line that starts with @. Write @lesson followed by the lesson, and that line is filed onto the @lesson timeline automatically. Any word works: @gym, @idea, @mom. The rest stays plain prose.

Your data is stored securely in your account and never sold or shared. AI features need the server to read your content to generate insights, and that is the only reason.
